For schools and institutions

Hiring teaching staff, without a job board

Tell us the role, the subject and the level. We turn it into a structured requirement, work it through our own assessed professional network, and come back with a shortlist. You run the interviews and make the decision.

How institutional hiring worksAn institution submits a requirement. Tutor turns it into a structured brief, matches it against its own professional network, and returns a shortlist for the institution's own interview and hiring process.

The process

What happens after you submit a requirement

A structured brief is worth more than an advert, because it is what makes matching possible at all.

  1. You describe the need

Role, subject, level, employment type, where the work happens, and when you need someone.

  2. We qualify it

A submitted form is not yet a verified institution. We confirm the contact and review the requirement before anything reaches a candidate.

  3. We match against the network

People already assessed and onboarded, matched on subject, level and availability — with the reasons attached, never an opaque score.

  4. You get a shortlist

Candidates who fit, with what they match on made explicit so you can disagree with it.

  5. You interview

We do not interview on your behalf or tell you who to appoint.

  6. You decide

The hiring decision is yours. We record the outcome so the next requirement is better matched.
